Renowned genre filmmaker Mike Flanagan (The Life of Chuck) is in talks to direct the next Exorcist film for Blumhouse and Universal Pictures, sources have confirmed to Deadline. 　　This will reportedly be separate from the current new ‘EXORCIST: BELIEVER’ trilogy.
