Ryouko is a female doctor who is creating sex pills. There are two types, one for male and one for female sexual enhancement. Her test subjects are four of her fellow workers. There is a catch however: the pill's side effects are capable of modifying the body for further sexual pleasure, as the good doctor finds out when she grows a penis.
