Director Skirmanta Jakaitė is no stranger to this festival. Her striking aesthetics and subtle, surreal stories have dazzled many an audience. This year, we’re presenting her latest piece, Way Better. The film is about a man who after a consultation with his physician spends a week in dread and desperation while waiting for his test results. He fears the worst and hopes for the best.
