I really don't know. My guess is some guy stumbled upon old reels of someone's old handheld consumer grade 8mm camera vacation/family movies. Then decided to make a collage of it, with absolutely creepy and odd music added on. 　　It feels oddly familiar and calm, and at the same time you feel like you're intruding or spying on the strangers' memories... The cassette itself has glued on stickers with that same creepy kid from the cover, and the text that looks like a ransom note made from cut-out letters from a newspaper. 　　The only credits mentioned are "Skaryguy Productions". 　　Enjoy!?
